Telephone programs for customers who qualify
Lifeline and Link-Up are programs that provide discounts on telephone installation and basic monthly service for qualified residential customers who participate in an eligible program or meet certain income requirements. These discounts may vary from state-to-state.
Lifeline support for Tribal Lands provides qualified consumers living in Tribal communities additional discounts on monthly basic telephone service.
Toll Limitation Service (TLS) allows eligible consumers who wish to avoid incurring large long distance fees to choose toll blocking or toll control at no cost.
