Sage Telecom Earns Better Business Bureau’s Highest Rating
The Better Business Bureau introduced a new, easy-to-understand, letter grade system in December, replacing the long-standing, but less informative ratings that simply categorized companies as either “satisfactory” or “unsatisfactory”.
The grading scale is one most consumers can easily understand, ranging from an F (for failing) on the low end to an A+ on the high end for companies that score 97% or higher on 16 different categories. For example, a company with an A+, like Sage, has very successfully met the BBB’s standards for trustworthy businesses, including having low numbers of complaints and responding to and appropriately resolving any complaints that do turn up.
