$10 Installation for Orders Placed on the Sage Website
New residential customers who establish local service with Sage Telecom and purchase the Sage SmartValue, Preferred Value, or Nationwide ValuePlan are eligible for a discounted installation offer. To be eligible, customer must complete the order for services on the Sage website or an eligible online partner website. Customers who qualify will have their initial service installation payment discounted to $10. The discount is available for up to two (2) lines per customer. Taxes and fees on telephone service apply.

100 FREE Long Distance Minutes for 3 Months SmartValue Promotion
Taxes and fees on telephone service apply. Subject to service availability and other conditions. Must be a new Sage customer signing up for local residential service and maintain account in good standing to receive the promotional offer of 100 free Nationwide Long Distance minutes for 3 months. Any additional minutes will be charged at 8¢ per minute, plus taxes and fees. After three months, the customer will pay 8¢ per minute for any nationwide long distance minutes, plus taxes and fees. Offer may not be combined with other promotional offers. Additional charges may apply if you exceed 9,000 minutes during any consecutive thirty-day period.

4th Month Free for New Referred Customers Promotion:  Taxes and fees on telephone service apply. Subject to service availability and other conditions. Promotion available to qualifying service plans.  Referred customer must sign up by June 30, 2012 and maintain service in good standing for three consecutive months to be eligible for free month.  Customers must choose Sage as their intraLATA toll and interLATA long distance carrier to receive the free month.  Free month will appear for eligible customers as an automatic credit of the monthly service plan amount on the new customer's fourth bill.  Free month offer only available to residential customers that do not currently have Sage Telecom service.  This credit can not be combined with any other offer.

5 Months Unlimited LD Preferred Value Promotion:  Taxes and fees on telephone service apply. Subject to service availability and other conditions. Must be a new Sage customer signing up for local residential service and maintain account in good standing to receive promotional offer of five months free unlimited Nationwide Long Distance. After five months, receive 200 free minutes of Long Distance per month with a charge of five cents per minute, plus taxes and fees, for additional minutes. Offer may not be combined with other promotional offers. Offers may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice. Additional charges may apply if you exceed 9,000 minutes during any consecutive thirty-day period.

SmartValue Plan: $0.08 per minute rate applies to direct dialed, 1+ long distance or 1+ intraLATA toll calls made to points within the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands. Customers must choose Sage as their intraLATA toll and interLATA long distance carrier to receive the $0.08 per minute Sage 1+ long distance rate. This service plan cannot be used for long distance access to the internet or for business purposes such as telemarketing or autodialing. Taxes, fees, and surcharges apply.

eSageLink Free Month Promotion:  eSageLink High Speed Internet Service is only available to Sage local service customers. To be eligible for the eSageLink one month free offer, customer must be a new eSageLink subscriber who has had Sage local service for a minimum of three months and whose account is in good standing at the time the credit is applied. The free month of service will appear as an automatic credit on the customer’s second internet service bill. Subject to service availability.

Free Local Voice Calling:  A High Usage Charge of $.0025 per minute will apply for all minutes in excess of 9,000 minutes during any consecutive 30-day period.

Free Sage-to-Sage Calling:   Free Sage-to-Sage calling is not available for basic local service, the Budget Service Plan, or the Super Savings Plan.

Sage Business Value: One hundred eighty (180) Sage 1+ long distance minutes each month applies to direct dialed, 1+ long distance or 1+ intraLATA toll calls made to points within the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands. This plan is available to business customers only. Customers must choose Sage as their intraLATA toll and interLATA long distance carrier to receive the free Sage 1+ long distance minutes each month. Taxes, fees, and surcharges apply.

Sage Nationwide Value Plan: Unlimited Nationwide Long distance minutes applies to direct dialed, 1+ long distance or 1+ intralata toll call made to points within the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands. Customers must choose Sage as their intralata and interlata long distance carrier to receive unlimited long distance minutes. This service plan is for Residential use and may not be used for business purposes or Internet access. If usage is non-residential or is not consistent with use for residential voice services, the Sage Nationwide Value will be transitioned to a higher rate tier. These prices exclude taxes and fees. Subject to service availability and other conditions. Offers may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice. Additional charges may apply if you exceed 9,000 minutes during any consecutive thirty-day period. Taxes, fees, and surcharges apply.

Sage Nationwide Value $10 Off 3 Months Promotion:  Promotional rate of $29.99 per month may apply for up to three months; thereafter, the then effective tariff rate of $39.99 will apply in full each month. Subject to service availability and other conditions. To be eligible, subscriber must be a new Sage Telecom residential customer and purchase the Sage Nationwide Value Plan. Customer must be in good standing each time the $10 per-month promotional credit is issued to receive each credit. Credit and prices stated do not include any additional charges for optional features, long distance, taxes, fees and surcharges, or other services. This offer is limited to one line per account. Offer may not be combined with other promotional offers. Unlimited Nationwide Long distance minutes apply to direct dialed, 1+ long distance or 1+ intralata toll call made to points within the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands. Customers must choose Sage as their intralata and interlata long distance carrier to receive unlimited long distance minutes. This service plan is for Residential use and may not be used for business purposes or Internet access. Tell-A-Friend Promotion:  For referred customers who initiate service between January 1, 2012 and June 30, 2012, the Tell-A-Friend Promotion provides two credits of $75 each to local exchange service customers of Sage for referring a local exchange service customer to Sage and who choose Sage as their long distance carrier. Referring customers can earn two credits for each customer referred, provided they meet all terms and conditions of the program. Sage reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time.

To qualify for the first $75 credit, referred customer must initiate service with Sage Telecom between January 1, 2012 and June 30, 2012, and remain a Sage local exchange service customer in good standing for a minimum of ninety (90) days with a standard class of service. Credit to the referring customer will not be given if the referred customer disconnects their local exchange service prior to ninety (90) days from their service date or if either the referring or referred customer has not maintained good payment standing.

To qualify for the second $75 credit, referred customer must initiate service with Sage Telecom between January 1, 2012 and June 30, 2012, and remain a Sage local exchange service customer in good standing for a minimum of 12 months with a standard class of service. Credit to the referring customer will not be given if the referred customer disconnects their local exchange service prior to 12 months from their service date or if either the referring or referred customer has not maintained good payment standing.

Sage Preferred Value Plan: Two hundred (200) Sage 1+ long distance minutes each month applies to direct dialed, 1+ long distance or 1+ intraLATA toll calls made to points within the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands. Customers must choose Sage as their intraLATA toll and interLATA long distance carrier to receive the free minutes of Sage 1+ long distance minutes each month. This service plan cannot be used for long distance access to the internet or for business purposes such as telemarketing or autodialing. Taxes, fees, and surcharges apply.

Sage Preferred Value $10 Off 3 Months Promotion:  This promotion is available to Customers who establish local and long distance service with Sage Telecom and purchase the Preferred Value Plan. Customers who qualify will receive a credit equal to $10 off their service plan bundled rate on their first three invoices from Sage Telecom. Credit does not include any additional charges for optional features, long distance, taxes, fees, surcharges, or other services. Customer must be in good payment standing at the time each credit is issued to receive each credit. This offer is limited to one (1) line per account. Sage reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time. These credits may not be combined with any other Sage promotions or offers.

Winback First & Twelfth Month Free Promotion:  To be eligible for the first and twelfth month free offer, customer must activate residential service with Sage Telecom. To receive the twelfth month free, the customers account must be in good standing. Free offer is limited to the first and twelfth month’s of the customer's selected local service plan and does not include additional charges for long distance calls, calls to directory assistance, add-on service features such as voice mail service, taxes or fees. Additional charges may apply if you exceed 9,000 minutes during any consecutive thirty-day period.
